**READ BEFORE POSTING**Attaching files for support

Hi!

If you're seeking help with any PSOBuddy issues (crashes, errors, etc), please ensure you attach a screenshot of the error.

The "Root directory" is where you unzipped the PSOBuddy package to.

In addition to these documents, it is necessary for you to add in your dxdiag report too so that we can understand what system you're on. To run this:
Type dxdiag into the start/run menu and then "save all information".

You can attach txt/log files directly to your posts via the attachments function so you don't need to copy/paste the entire document, as they're often quite large. If you're attaching more than one file, you may wish to zip/rar the files into one archive and attach that.

Myself and others will do our best to analyse these documents to help resolve any issues and we want to make this compatible across new or old systems.
