Hi all!

If you're seeking help with any ACO related issues (crashes, errors, etc), please ensure you attach:
The game.log file from the root directory.
The error.log file from the root directory if it exists.

If you're having issues with the Launcher, please attach:
The Launcher.log file, located also in the root directory, or screenshots of the error.
The error.log file from the root directory if it exists.

"Root directory" is where the ACO folder is before the Launcher tool.

In addition to these documents, it is necessary for you to add in your dxdiag report too so that we can understand what system you're on. To run this:
Type dxdiag into the start/run menu and then "save all information".

You can attach txt/log files directly to your posts via the attachments function so you don't need to copy/paste the entire document, as they're often quite large. If you're attaching more than one file, you may wish to zip/rar the files into one archive and attach that.
